Refund Policy

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Products purchased on sale/discount.

Customized or personalized orders.

Gift cards.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received free shipping on your order, standard shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect/damage.
